Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, email us at support@misthydration.co.uk and we’ll resend it right away.
If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Just contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any changes you need.
We aim to respond within 24 hours — often much sooner during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm).
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven’t received it within 2 working days, contact us and we’ll send it through manually.
If your tracking hasn’t updated or your parcel is taking longer than expected, just get in touch and we’ll chase it up with the courier.
We currently ship across the UK, and we're working on expanding internationally. If you’re outside the UK and interested, let us know — we may be able to help on a case-by-case basis.
